I have dark circles under my eyes and I think they are chronic because I can’t remember a day when I did not have them. And Yes I do drink a lot of water and sleep 8hrs a day, but that has not worked for me. so I am looking for a cream that might reduce them

Hello,

You’re right, many times sleeping 8 hours and drinking water doesn’t do the trick. You’ll see visible results within less than a month if you apply extra virgin olive oil to them every night. You may have it in your pantry already.

Who can tell me the best way to get rid of, or at least hide, my dark circles under my eyes. I get plenty of rest, so thats not the problem. I’d prefer not to have to use something that requires me to wear foundation, but I will if necessary.

I don’t know about Hydrolyze. It seems to be a trial drug, which is never something you want to try on an area as sensitive as your eyes. You need to look for something packed with Vitamin E and antioxidants. I would recommend Neutrogena Antioxidant Eye Cream.
