lately I’ve been sleeping pretty late and although I make up for it by sleeping until the afternoon lol I’ve noticed Ive been gettting these dark under eye cirlces and eye bags!!! Is it because I’m not sleeping early?
And what can I do to eliminate them??

I’m thirteen. I usually drink of water. In the summer I get 10+ hours of sleep, during the school year. . not so much.
Is there any product (preferably inexpensive) that helps get rid of them?
