When you wake up in the mornng you can put a cold pack under your eyes while sitting up so that the liquid drains. If this does not help or you want more results take a shimmering powder and brush it lightly along the upper part of your cheekbone. If done correct, it should give the illusion of brighter eyes and less circle. Hope that helped. I use it everyday.
